Peer Review Process

All submitted abstracts and full papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process by international experts. Acceptance will be based on originality, technical quality, and relevance to the conference topics.

Publication Opportunity

Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings (ISSN: ?).
Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in the Iraqi Journal of Science (subject to the journal’s own review process and fees).

Submission Instructions

  • All submissions must be made through the online submission system [Link].
  • Prepare your abstract according to the Abstract Template [Link to download .docx template].
  • The abstract should be between 200-250 words and clearly state the objectives, methods, results and discussion, and conclusions.
  • Authors can choose their preferred presentation format: Oral or Poster. The scientific committee makes the final decision.

Conference Format

The conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in-person at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, or online through a virtual platform.
